TERMS AND CONDITION
1) The instructor will give the pupil driving tuition at the rate previously communicated
2) The instructor has the right to decide against giving tuition
3) At least 24 hours must be given by you or the instructor, if there is need to cancel a lesson.
Failure to give this notice will result in a valid claim for an equivalent value in compensation
4) The Instructor reserves the right to withhold use of the school car for a driving test if they consider that
the pupil has not reached a satisfactory stage of driving competence
5) Immediately prior to a driving test the Instructor with the pupil will check to see that all
bulbs and tyres are working and in good order. In the event of a failure after this time the
Instructor will not be liable
6) All payments should be by cash or cheque made payable to ‘J. ISARD’
7) If you require the instructor to book your driving test or theory then payment for this must
be given in advance
